Nicolai Heidenreich and Ness, Risan & Partners aim for growth by establishing new shipping funds.
They have set a target of doubling invested capital within five to seven years. Investors are to receive annual dividends of 5-8 percent.
- In summary, this is a market with a positive outlook right now, says Heidenreich.
He will be concentrating on investments in dry bulk, container feeder, product tankers, and largely steering away from offshore.
Investments are already at USD 50,6 million in Premium Maritim Fund I (2015) and II (2017), which were previously advised by Nicolai Heidenreich based on an agreement with NRP Asset Management.
At the end of the third quarter total return on investment is at 15,9 and 20,3 percent respectively.
The funds have invested in 24 vessels with a fleet value of USD 300 million (end of H1), of which USD 85 million belongs to the funds.
