Lars Gjørvad

Head of Compliance

Mr. Gjørvad joined the Manager in October 2017. He has more than 30 years’ experience in the securities industry. More than 10 years in compliance, risk management and business control in the financial industry, 7 years with Norwegian FSA and 14 years in institutional equity sales. Earlier he has worked for, among others, Clarkson Platou, Danske Bank and Carnegie. Mr. Gjørvad is responsible for the Manager’s risk management function.

Maria Lisiecka

Legal Counsel

Ms. Lisiecka joined NRP in 2022 working as the company’s Legal Counsel. Prior to joining NRP, Ms. Lisiecka worked as a deputy judge in the District Court. She has also worked at the law firm Schjødt. Ms. Lisiecka holds an LL.M degree from Penn State University, and a master’s degree in law from the University of Oslo.

Ingrid Skorem Forbregd

Ms. Forbregd joined NRP Project Finance in May 2020. She holds a Master’s degree in Criminology from the University of Oslo. Previously, she has worked as a KYC specialist at Nordea Bank Abp.
