Even Granum Dimmen
Managing Partner
Mr. Dimmen has around 10 years of experience from transactions, analysis, financing and due diligence processes within the shipping and offshore industry. Mr. Dimmen joined NRP in 2016, and is Managing Partner in NRP’s shipping and offshore team. Mr. Dimmen holds a Msc. in Business Analysis and Performance Management from Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and KU Leuven in Leuven, Belgium.

Ragnvald Risan
Founding Partner
Mr. Risan is a co-founder of the NRP Group and a Partner in the shipping & offshore transaction team. Mr. Risan has more than 40 years of experience within shipping, including financing, sales and purchase, banking, syndication, and facilitation of shipping projects. Mr. Risan has facilitated more than 250 shipping and offshore projects. Prior to founding NRP, Mr. Risan worked with Fearnley Finans, in addition to banking.

Mats Olimb
Partner
Mr. Olimb has more than 15 years of shipping and offshore experience. Mr. Olimb joined NRP in 2014 from DNB Markets where he had spent more than four years as an equity research analyst within offshore sector, focusing on offshore drillers, supply and seismic companies. Mr. Olimb holds an MSc in Industrial Economics from Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim.

Mr. Lillerovde has more than 8 years’ experience in shipping and offshore finance, including origination, restructuring and debt advisory. Prior to joining NRP's Shipping and Offshore team in 2022, Mr. Lillerovde spent four years with Crédit Agricole CIB, most recently as an Associate. He holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Warwick.

Prior to joining NRP, Mr. Harberg worked as a Senior Associate at Deloitte Corporate Finance. Mr. Harberg holds an MSc. in Finance and Strategic Management from Copenhagen Business School (CBS).

Mr. Gjørvad joined the Manager in October 2017. He has more than 30 years’ experience in the securities industry. More than 10 years in compliance, risk management and business control in the financial industry, 7 years with Norwegian FSA and 14 years in institutional equity sales. Earlier he has worked for, among others, Clarkson Platou, Danske Bank and Carnegie. Mr. Gjørvad is responsible for the Manager’s risk management function.
