Financing of 1x Zero-Emission SeaShuttle Newbuilding
We are pleased to announce that we have assisted Samskip with arranging financing for their newly ordered zero-emission SeaShuttle newbuilding. The vessel will be fitted with Hydrogen Propulsion system, making it one of the first and largest zero-emission vessels of its kind. The SeaShuttle vessel is expected to be delivered from the yard in 2H of 2025 and will trade between the Oslofjord and Rotterdam.

Acquisition of 3 x MPP Vessels - Winter MPP AS/KG

Sale of MV Ocean Globe
NRP Project Finance would like to congratulate the project sponsors and investors with the successfull sale of MV Ocean Globe. The vessel was acquired in 2018 and the sale of the vessel concludes the project, US Heavy Lift IS. The project has generated an IRR of abt. 26% p.a. to the investors.

Sale of MV Kuo Lung
NRP Project Finance would like to congratulate the project sponsors and investors in Kuo DIS with the sale of MV Kuo Lung. The vessel was acquired in 2012 together with four sister vessel. The sale of Kuo Lung concludes the project, having generated an IRR of 14% p.a. to the investors. NRP Project Finance acted as Sole Arranger of Kuo DIS.

The vessel has also subsequently been delivered onto a 2-year time charter with a supermajor. NRP Project Finance would like to congratulate the project sponsors and investors in UACC Ross Tanker II DIS with the succesfull sale of MV UACC Falcon. With the concluded sale, the project has generated an IRR of abt. 15% p.a. net to the investors.

Sale of MV Arabian Sea
NRP Project Finance would like to congratulate the project sponsors and investors in Gram Car AS with the sale of MV Arabian Sea to SFL Corporation Ltd.
The vessel was acquired in 2017 together with its sister vessel M/V Mediterranean Sea. Based on the achieved sales price and a conservative pricing for the remaining ship, the investment has generated an IRR of 37% p.a. and a MOIC of 4.9 to the investors.
NRP Project Finance acted as Sole Arranger of Gram Car AS.

Acquisition of Eco Handysize bulk carrier - Briese Eco Handy III AS
We are pleased to announce the delivery of MV BBC Mars from the shipyard. This is the third eco newbuilding handysize bulker together with Briese Schiffahrt (Germany), which has been delivered from the shipyard during last 2-3 months. After delivery the vessel will immediately commence its 18 months Index-linked TC to BBC Chartering.
As her two sister vessels, the BBC Mars will be among the most ecofriendly vessels within its segment, with up to 45% fuel savings compared to similar vessels and fully comply with EEDI phase II.

Acquisition of Eco Handysize bulk carrier - Briese Eco Handy II AS
We are pleased to announce the delivery of MV BBC Saturn from the yard. The vessel was purchased together with Briese Schiffahrts and will enter into a 17-19 months TC to BBC Chartering. This TC will provide a “capex” element of approx. USD 10 million during the TC period.
The vessel is among the most ecofriendly vessels within its segment, with upto 45% fuel savings compared to similar vessels.

Acquisition of Eco Handysize bulk carrier - Briese Eco Handy AS
We are pleased to announce the purchase and delivery of a resale Eco Handysize drybulk carrier of 40,000dwt (MV BBC Uranus). The vessel has been built by JNS in China and was delivered to owners 6th May 2022. The vessel will comply with EEDI phase II and be one of the “greenest” and modern vessels in its segment with fuel savings of up to 45% compared to similar secondhand tonnage. The acquisition is made together with the German shipowner and ship operator Briese Schiffahrt Group and is the 5th vessel we do together.
